Congressional districts

Hover over or tab to a district for its voter details. Click a pen, then click counties on the map to add or remove them. Districts must stay connected, and the largest district may have at most 10% more voters than the smallest.

This state, its counties, and every voter in it are randomly generated and fictional. Districts start empty for you to draw. Every voter's choice is known, so all results are exact counts.
